In 2001 these two, extraordinary companies; S. Lock and M. Hand, merged to form Hand & Lock. And more recently in 2003, joined with MBA Costumes bringing all the elements of military, fashion and couture, and entertainment together under one roof in Margaret Street, W1W and the Hand & Lock brand was created.
