The Conference
This is a unique opportunity to hear some of the most knowledgeable experts of embroidered textiles, present a series of dynamic and vividly illustrated talks. Modern and Traditional embroidery is a diverse and vibrant art, that has grown from when man first joined two pieces of skin together to keep warm, to Kylie Minogue dancing in a crystal encrusted corset on tour.

The Prize giving
For the Hand & Lock Prize for Embroidery 2007 will be a champagne reception in the evening. This is open to those delegates who wish to attend. It will give the opportunity to meet with representatives of Hand & Lock, Conference speakers, Prize winners, as well as other delegates.
